How stressed are you???

Stress is a feeling of physical tension or an emotion. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. For a very short period, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. Science defines stress as “The restoring force per unit area of the material”. It is a tensor quantity. Denoted by Greek letter σ. Measured using Pascal or N/m2 However, we say that we are humans, we as cultured corporates wants to stress our coworkers, subordinates, in the name of reputation, pride and many more. All of us desire to hold positions, to acquire power and boss over a said group. People wanted to be successful not by their leadership quality, but simply by bossing over, finding faults, assigning who to hold for mistakes. In fact, the entire world is working in a similar fashion, making it extremely unhealthy physically and mentally. May be we cannot change the world, we can change ourselves, the way we look, the way we take things, how we move on from emotions and how to make us productive once again. 1. Space out things, with respect to time and situations. 2. Try, focus and try harder without losing heart..... 3. Compete everyday, not withanyone else, but yourself each day, that you will be better than yesterday. 4. Accept mistakes, appreciate yourself for accepting it boldly 5. Understand, that there is no growth without mistakes. 6. Mistakes are nothing but self experiments,(primary data/experience) the learning will be really useful. 7. Bury the guilts, forgive yourself, every single day 8. Move on with your new learning, appreciate yourself, don't expect appreciations (people will just be ready to fix responsibilities and find faults) 9. Admire yourself, inside and out 10. Motivate yourself with appearance, character and rich values. Above all.... have time for meditation. Life is becoming harder, each day. Being stressed is not so rare, its very common. Being cool, no matter what, will make you special. People need cool ones, just to have hope to move on with life.
